I’m Basti, based in Munich. For me, photography is all about fascination and the joy of creating. I love being out there with my camera, observing people and landscapes, and then seeing what I can bring out of a shot during the editing process.
It’s a lot of learning by doing. I enjoy experimenting, following ideas and seeing where they lead. While I mostly shoot digital, I also enjoy working with analog film and developing it at home, as it’s a great way to see light differently. This website is a place to share my photography, personal projects and conversations with creatives and professionals about their work, experiences and perspective. I’m always happy to connect with fellow creatives, photographers and curious minds.
